Skip's Air Conditioning and Appliance Service, Inc. stands as a perfect example of how my services can benefit a client. I met Skip and Chris in 2009. They were looking for a new "bookkeeper". At that time, they were paying a "bookkeeper" $16.00 per hour to work 10 hours per week. Their Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable were not accurately tracked. The Balance Sheet and Income Statement were not reliable and thus not used for proper Cash Flow Management and Strategic Planning.

After several months of meeting with Skip, I convinced him to give me a chance to show him what professional accounting could do for him and his business. A custom Chart of Accounts was created that allowed for detailed analysis of his different income producing departments. Working with Chris, the Vice-President, the Accounts Receivable system was improved and made accurate. The Accounts Payable system was completely over-hauled and now produces accurate, timely reports that keep vendor relationships positive and provides for reliable cash management.

Since 2009, the staff and I have worked seamlessly to move Skip's Air Conditioning and Appliance Service, Inc. forward. Although I am an Independent Contractor, I am part of Skip's and Chris's team.

Although my rates are higher than their prior "bookkeeper's", my knowledge and organizational skills allow me to manage the Accounting with substantially less time which results in a significant cost reduction. Skip and Chris enjoy stress-free, reliable accounting for less cost.
